Golf Tours for You acts as a legally established tour operator, offering services related to golf breaks. These general conditions regulate the contracting of our services through Golf Tours for You.

By using our services, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these general conditions. It will be considered that the user has read and understood these conditions before contracting any service.

3. Reservations and Payments:
Reservations shall only be made by payment of a deposit / full payment of the service, as stipulated in the individual offer. We reserve the right to modify prices and reservation conditions at any time before the final confirmation of the reservation.

4. Modifications and Cancellations:
Any modification or cancellation of the contracted services shall be subject to the conditions set out by each service provider and their cancelation policies. We will do our utmost to manage any changes requested by the customer, but availability or acceptance of such modifications is not guaranteed.

5. Liability:
We act solely as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers. We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, but we undertake to help and support in case of incidents during the trip.

6. Insurance:
Customers are strongly advised to purchase adequate insurance covering possible eventualities during the trip.

7. Acceptance of Conditions:
By making a reservation through Golf Tours for you, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions of contracting.
