Las Ramblas

Las Ramblas Golf is an 18 hole championship course nestled in a beautiful Mediterranean pine forest and natural ravines near Orihuela Costa, about 10km south of Torrevieja and just 5minutes from Playa de San Juan. Designed by renowned Spanish architect José “Pepe” Gancedo in 1991, the par 72 layout is both scenic and challenging, making use of the natural contours of the land to deliver a course that rewards precision and strategic thinking.

Unlike more traditional open courses, Las Ramblas weaves through narrow fairways flanked by dense pine trees and deep gorges, creating an exciting test of accuracy. The course also features expansive, undulating greens and strategically placed water hazards that enhance both the visual appeal and the level of difficulty. Sea views from several holes add a picturesque backdrop to the round.

La Finca

La Finca Golf is a renowned 18hole, par72 championship course located in Algorfa on the Costa Blanca, about 30 minutes from Alicante Airport. Designed by acclaimed Spanish architect Pepe Gancedo and opened in 2002, the course stretches approximately 6,032m from the yellow tees and about 6,394m from the back tees, featuring wide fairways and a layout celebrated for its aesthetic appeal and playing variety.

The front nine holes offer a relatively forgiving start with broad fairways and less penal rough, making it ideal for players looking to build momentum early. As the round progresses, the terrain becomes more complex, with several holes incorporating water hazards, multi-tiered greens, and deep bunkers that demand thoughtful strategy and shot placement. The greens themselves are uniquely shaped some bowl-like and others elevated providing both visual interest and a technical challenge. The back nine is more undulating and visually dramatic, with views over the surrounding countryside and occasional glimpses of the nearby mountains.

Villamartin

Villamartin Golf Club, one of the Costa Blanca’s oldest and most prestigious courses, lies in Orihuela Costa about 10km south of Torrevieja. Originally opened in June 1972, it hosted the Mediterranean Open in 1994 and was graced by legends like Seve Ballesteros, José María Olazábal, and Ian Woosnam.

The championship 18-hole par 72 course spans approximately 6,132m from the white tees, 6,037m from the yellow tees, and 5,259m from the reds. Designed to integrate with the natural terrain, the course features mature vegetation, pine and olive tree-lined fairways, and varied topography that distinguishes the front nine’s upland character from the back nine’s more ravine-crossed layout. Villamartin is known for its challenging but fair design, combining tight doglegs, elevated tees, and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. The signature hole 17 is a par3 requiring a long carry over a gorge to a multi-tiered green framed by natural rock and dense foliage.

Campoamor

Campoamor Golf, officially Real Club de Golf Campoamor, is a scenic 18-hole, par 72 championship course located in Orihuela Costa, just south of Playa de Campoamor and about 10km from Torrevieja. Opened in 1988 and inaugurated by HRH Don Juan de Borbón, the course is known for its elegant layout and mature setting.

Measuring 6,277 metres from the back tees, the course winds through two lush valleys, providing a pleasant microclimate and natural shade that makes it playable year-round. Narrow, tree-lined fairways demand precision, the course design blends naturally into its Mediterranean surroundings, offering scenic views and a relaxing playing environment.

Vistabella

Vistabella Golf is an 18-hole, par72 championship course situated in Jacarilla near Torrevieja on Spain’s Costa Blanca. Opened in 2009 and designed by Spanish golfing legend Manuel Piñero, the course spans approximately 6,133m from the white tees, with a slope rating of 144 and a course rating of 73.0. Thanks to the area’s excellent Mediterranean climate, it offers year-round play.
