Isla Canela Golf Club offers two challenging yet stunning 18-hole, par-72 golf courses: the Old Course and the Links.

The club proudly hosted the 2023 DP World Tour Qualifying School, a prestigious event that has shaped the careers of Major Champions since its inception in 1976. Legends such as Justin Rose, Colin Montgomerie, and Miguel Ángel Jiménez have all emerged from this event.

Set amidst natural marshland, both courses feature obstacles that seamlessly blend with the landscape. The Old Course is a parkland layout with water hazards throughout, offering a challenging yet picturesque playing experience. The Isla Canela Links, founded in 2007 near Ayamonte by José Canales, is an 18-hole, 7,152-yard course with a par of 72. With over 300 days of sunshine annually, both courses offer perfect conditions for year-round play, including during the winter months. Both courses are ideally located next to the breathtaking beaches of Huelva and along the scenic banks of the Guadiana River, providing golfers with a unique and captivating experience.

Castro Marim Course

The Grouse Course is the newest of the three nine-hole layouts, offering expansive inland hill views. Although it opened in 2008, it has already matured beautifully. The course features rolling terrain with fewer trees than the other two, providing a more open feel.The courses are abundant with wildlife, including wild boar, birds, and rabbits. Some lucky property owners have even spotted the elusive Iberian Lynx on The Grouse Course, particularly during early morning rounds.

The Guadiana Course is a true delight, set amongst scenic pine trees. It boasts fast and true greens, several of which are elevated and protected by bunkers. The course also features inviting elevated tees, dogleg fairways, and holes carved through canyons, adding to its charm and challenge.
