Ona Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort & Spa

Ona Hacienda del Álamo Golf & Resort is a luxury golf destination in Fuente Álamo, Murcia, Spain. Its 18-hole championship course, designed by Dave Thomas, stretches over 6,000 meters and features challenging bunkers and water hazards for all skill levels. The resort also offers a golf academy, practice facilities, a clubhouse with dining and a pro shop, tennis and paddle courts, and a seasonal outdoor pool, combining sport and relaxation in a scenic countryside setting.

Hacienda Del Alamo 

Considered one of the best golf courses in Murcia, Hacienda del Alamo has a Championship Course of 18 holes integrated perfectly in its natural surroundings. Along with the main course, there are 6 short holes perfectly designed for all types of handicap, a bunker area, a chipping area, a wide putting green and a practice area with the option to swing from mats and natural grass. The spacious and comfortable Club House is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a game, offering you spectacular views over the golf course.

Saurines 

The design of Saurines golf course is similar to the desert golf courses in Las Vegas or Arizona, both designed by Jack Nicklaus but with the philosophy of connected holes. The course is known for its undulating fairways between sand dunes and impressive greens, few bunkers and a big central lake. The greens in Saurines are the best in the area. Most of them are uphill from the fairway, which add difficulty. The golf course is on the 39th position of the golf courses in Spain, classify by the “Top 100 Golf Courses”. Since its inauguration in 2011 it has turned a referent on the area.

Mar Menor Golf

The first 9 holes were designed by Dave Thomas and the last 9 holes were designed by Nicklaus Design. The result of these designs are two different areas: The first 9 holes have fairways and narrow roughs, as well as generous greens protected by large bunkers and the water of the surrounding lakes. The second area is a typical Nicklas style, with large fairways and wide roughs which will allow you to get better shots. Special mention to the spectacular lake that’s goes around the 13,14 and 15 hole, turning this part of the course into a grater obstacle, known by the local players as “amen corner” of Mar Menor.
