Buggies not included in your package are treated as a request. To book buggies, please enquiry with your dedicated sales consultant. 

Each hotel and golf course sets its own inclement weather policy. All decisions regarding partial refunds or green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the supplier.

If you wish to cancel your booking you will need to notify the customer service department immediately. Refunds will be subject to venue cancellation policies, please note deposits are non-refundable. For full details please contact us via our contact us form. 

All bookings require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and required at time of booking. UK breaks require a deposit of £35 pp and breaks in Spain will be charged at £50 pp. Please note that there maybe additional deposits required by certain suppliers – you will be advised of your deposit at time of booking.
